Three more (4 if we're counting spouses) coworkers drawn. Kate wins for the fastest one yet (1h 45m). It was also the first one that I didn't try to exaggerate a feature, I just made an odd shape and put the face into it. I think as long as you can get the eyes right the rest kind of falls into place. That was the thinking with the Leah painting also, I debated wether I went too far with the mouth and teeth, that it wasn't looking like her but I think the eyes helped bring it all home.
I did value paintings first for all three then added color afterwards.
All three started in Autodesks Sketchbook Pro and painted in Photoshop on a Wacom Cintiq 12W.
A Graphic Artist that works (yay!) for an Advertising Agency mainly these days doing image editing and color correcting food images. An Apple fan to the core, I try not to be snobbish about it. I enjoy drawing, kung fu, sci-fi TV, movies, comic books, music of almost all kinds, video games, photography, computers, hanging out with and helping my kids grow.
